Subject: Loading Approval Plan Records

We are loading our first approval plan records into III.  When processing a shipment of approval plan records,  III asks whether to use today's date for the order date, or to enter a date of my own choosing.  I'm wondering what other libraries use for their order date.  The order date will effect vendor statistics.   Thanks for your advice.
