Hello all,

We are having trouble very often when we get hits via our z39.50 connection
with ReQuest.  The record freezes, and we receive the message "server not
responding, please contact Innovative if this problem persists".  Then,
every time we try to get the same record, the same thing happens.  We have
an open call to Innovative about this, and ReQuest doesn't seem to know
either, since we are the only library retrieving the records through z39.50
that has contacted them with this dilemma.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
