WAM and HighWire Press Titles

Title: WAM and HighWire Press Titles

This is a complete shot in the dark, or better yet a prayer.

Has anyone been been able to come up with a method of having a single entry (or several entries) in WAM for the HighWire Press titles?

Each title has its own URL, although there is a single URL for HighWire, with links to the various titles: http://highwire.stanford.edu

I'm looking for alternatives to having to have an entry for each title in the WAM forward table.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.
