Title: FTS & Millennium 2002 phase 2

Dear Innovative users,

We're are new and are still learning the system (in fact, we're still in training), but I'm having a problem with FTS and I was wondering if any of you have experienced this and what you did to resolve the issue.  Whenever I try to upload or download a file in FTS, I get this message:

200 Port command received
150 Opening data connection
500 List command failed

When I hit "C" to continue, I get the list of files on the Innovative side (when trying to upload a file).  However, when trying to download a file from the selected "remote site", no files are listed.

Our IT department thinks it is a problem with the FTS program, but Innovative thinks it's a problem on our side.  I'm kind of frustrated by this because know one from either group seems to know how to take care of this problem and hence, I'm not able to add buttons to our OPAC.  So, esteemed colleagues, do you have any suggestions?
