If you are an OCLC library, CATMe is extremely handy for
automating tasks. I've never used Expect for Windows. However, I can say
that unless all you want are simple send and receive sequences or really
need good regular expression support, it's easier to learn how to use CATMe
from scratch than Expect. We've used both to do some pretty heavy tasks.
