We at CLAMS use the status "In repair"--if you check the items out, it skews the circ stats.

Just wondering how other libraries handle books for repairs.  Do you change the status or check them out to "Library repairs"?  Or is there some other creative way of handling them?  Can't find anything in the manual or in the archives.
