Ebscohost Alerts and Web Access Management

Hi all,

I would appreciate any sugggestions regarding the problem outlined
below.

We use Web Access Management (proxy rewrite) and subscriptions to a
number of Ebscohost services. Access to these databases works well apart
from when we try to link to the "Retrieve Search History/Alerts" part of
the service. Clicking on this function produces an "invalid address"
error. The Search History/Alert Frame appears to redirect to a url
"personalization.epnet.com". I had a *.epnet.com line in the forward
table so this should have picked up the different url but even adding an
extra entry for personalization as a host does not make any difference.

I would love some advice from anyone using the Ebsco/Wam combination who
may have seen this issue.
