Greetings, Innopacers!

You not only innovate, you lead the pack and you're generous to boot.
I want to thank Jim Mumm especially for his awe-inspiring spreadsheet:
it gives me a solid handle on the project. It's as if the vault of
heaven opened, sent a ray of light to one grain of sand then revealed
that universe to me. Thank you, Jim; I'm now an Excel convert.

My thanks (sounds like an Oscar-acceptance opening, eh?) also go to
Anne Myers, who provided me the seeds for the linking language and
method. We were resigned to the title-to-title methodology; learning
from Anne's planning and experience confirms and validates the path
we've chosen.

The outsourcing angle was really the nub of the question, but I'm
certain now that the work cannot be done at a remote site, and it must
be done by someone sure in his/her knowledge of current cataloging
practices and of Innovative.

What a super way to begin the week--with a pep rally.
