Is anyone using IDenticard's IDentiPASS system for ID cards with a library barcode on them?  That is the system our college uses.  Currently, we are told there is no way to enter the barcode number on the front of the ID card into the system to be included in the patron upload.  The barcode is printed on the front of the ID card, but it is not kept track of electronically anywhere.  Students must physically come into the Library circulation desk after they have received their ID card to have their barcode number entered into their library patron record.  Dining Services currently handles ID cards.  They do not have the staff or time to research this.

Has anyone had a similar problem?  We are looking for a way to include the barcode number with the patron load.  It is very time consuming for the circulation desk to enter the barcodes as people are trying to check out materials.
