We have just discovered what we think is the reason for this problem.
You may recall that a number of people reported that after installing phase 2,
they could no longer cancel order records, but that the problem is
intermittent.
We are doing a large project to cancel order records from one vendor.
What we have discovered is that you can cancel only one order record, then
you must post the payfile before another record can be canceled. Clearly
the payfile is not accepting more than on cancellation at a time. We have
hundreds of orders to cancel, so this is not great for us!
So, if you want to do more than one cancellation of an order record, you
have to cancel, post the payfile, cancel.....
