Re: Records Locking Up

We have been running Phase 2 for a while and have not had a major lock 
up of records. We are running XP and 98.  There was a problem early on 
that was identified as an Millennium/ XP issues but it was address by 
III staff.  We are running MilCirc, MilSer, MilAcq and MilCat.
