To provide a little more data for the analysis of the locking records problem.
We are NOT experiencing the lockups and we are using both WIN95 and WIN98
but not any of the later WIndows OS. We are running MilCirc, MilILL, and
MilSer, not MilCat or MilAcq
If the libraries who are experiencing the lockups are all using WIN2000 or
XP or are all using particular Millennium modules, then there might be a
correlation to be discovered.
