We are also experiencing record lockups and Millennium freezing since
upgrading to Release 2002, Phase 2.  The record lockups are occurring in
MilCirc and MilAcq mostly and are causing broken holds.  We do also have a
call open to the help desk, but so far no solution.

I noticed on the listserv that several libraries have reported problems with
MilSerials locking up.  Thinking that there was something wrong with our
system - I have reported it to Innovative.  So far, there is no solution.
This started happening after we upgraded to Release 2002 Phase 2.

In addition to the system locking up - our serials staff is having a
difficult time editing the records.  I have a number of open calls with
Innovative.  By the way - Millennium Circulation has locked up as well.
