Request rules and request options

Hello!

 

Any idea to solve this problem will be appreciate.

 

At wwwoptions we have: "REQUEST=Request this item|denyiflocalavail|home" because we do not page local items.

 

In example: This bibliographic record has 3 items, the first one is available but the loan rule deny request for it; the other 2 items are checkout. If a patron tries to request an item of this bibliographic, the system denies the request because one is available. BUT we do want to deny the request because the item that is available is not a requestable item.

 

How could we solve this problem??
