release 2002 phase 2 - records locking up in Millennium

Hi Everybody,

Since upgrading to Release 2002 Phase 2, we've noticed that records being accessed in Millennium are erroneously locking up more often - maybe once a day per person who uses Millennium. Is anyone else noticing this?

Typically, after opening a record and editing it, Millennium refuses to save the changes. The only person using the record is the person trying to save the changes. I don't know much else about the circumstances of this happening.

I wanted to see if anyone else had reported this problem or even if you'd found a solution before I bugged the helpdesk.
