My Millennium: Staff view

A few My Millennium questions:

1. Does anyone know if there's a way to set the "Public View" as the 
default even for staff users of My Millennium?

2. In the staff view, the bibexport ("Save this record") and request 
buttons disappear.  You have to go to the public view for these 
options.  Is that normal?  My SUPPRESS_OPTION_Px options all look like 
this: SUPPRESS_OPTION_P1=ANOTHER,SHOWSIM

3. Also in the staff view, our Syndetic Solutions book jackets disappear, 
but we still get the "More Info" button.  Is it possible to have the book 
jackets for staff, too?
