Subject: Inventory Scanners


Our library is about to purchase new handheld scanners for inventory.  We currently use Percon PT2000's, but are open for suggestions.  We've noticed our IT department using Palm style portable data units for inventory and were wondering if any other libraries use anything similar to this.

What we need is something that interfaces easily with a PC and is also a barcode scanner.  Does anyone have any advice?
