URL checker & Phase 2?

Hi everyone,
I see that there were a number of changes to the URL checker with the Phase 
2 release.  Is anyone using the checker from Innovative and running Phase 
2?  Would you be willing to contact me for a couple of questions my staff 
wants me to ask about it?
