I want to thank everyone who responded with their experiences regarding Release 2002 Phase 2. Everyone's experiences were uniformly positive and the upgrade went smoothly and it seems rather quickly (2-3 hours).
Apologies for not summarizing sooner. My regular email account is being tempermental and I cannot retrieve messages.
