Carrie,

Assuming that your machine's IP address is 199.237.160.6 you need to enter
two lines with their own service levels:

199.237.160.6
199.237.160.

The most specific address should appear at the top and the least specific
at the end.  This is explained in the Limiting Telnet Access section of
the manual (R2002 Ph2 #101732) but not in the Limiting Access to the Web
OPAC section.
