Good news for all that have the same problem!   III has installed the patch for us to fix the problem.  And it works fine now.  You can go to CSdirect for more info on the issue.

We are experiencing problems with patrons accessing databases from off-site using proxy server.  Patrons are getting the
message: "Page cannot be displayed".  Are there any other libraries that have had the similar problem?
