Create lists, Circulation statistics by title

Dear Colleagues:
We are running the text based Release 2001.

We use the Circulation Statistics by Title to generate a report of 
statistics on our journal usage.  Is there a way to FTP that report out of 
Innopac? I would like to put it into Excel or Access.  I am trying to 
capture the internal use statistics by title.  Alternatively, I've been 
playing with trying to use create lists to mimic that report and FTP from a 
review file.  I need the journal title and all the attached item records 
(we use one item record for each issue) so that the internal use field is 
included. Then the review file can be sent out using the patron defined 
output.  But the internal use field from the item record does not appear as 
an option for output when I try to FTP from create list.  Also, is there a 
way (in create lists) to get the internal use field statistic by title 
without including all the attached item records?
