Hi Janet,

We at Drexel University loaded Release 2002 Phase 2 yesterday and as of
one whole day later every thing looks peachy. I did come across 2 small
bumps in the road that I will share:

1) Because we were a early implementor of Phase 1 we had an older
version of the software that FTPs the the new release software from
III to us (see page 4 of "Release 2002 Phase 2 Upgrade Via FTP" document).
Once III figured out the problem we sailed through the
update in about 3 hours. I imagine that if your site did not elect to be
an early implementor of Phase 1 you would not see this problem.

2) The update to the Millennium Environment installed fine on our
computers but there were slight variations that puzzled me. Sometimes the
installer asked for us to type in the server address, but sometimes it
didn't. Sometimes the installer updated the custom Millennium shortcuts
we created on our Windows computers, but sometimes it didn't. I imagine
these variations were due to the fact that we have different client
operating systems, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Neither one is a show
stopper.

That is all I can say for now. Good luck to the rest of you all. Time
for me to figure out how to set the default Millennium templates.

Tony
