Also having problems with New Proxy, SilverPlatter, Webspirs5 and Netscape 4.7

I am having the same problem with SilverPlatter's WebSpirs 5 and 
Netscape 4.7x as John Wynstra.  I maintain a local ERL server so that 
the asterisk solution is not issue for me.  I think the trouble is with 
URLs that include an equal sign, such as "start.ws?customer=medl" or 
"start.ws?customer=c123456&database=NU".  When I log in with a default 
user,  not a custom (customer) user, there is no problem.  As soon as 
there is an equal sign in the URL, the WebSpirs application complains 
that my user is not logged in.  This happens when I click on the tabs 
such as "Advanced" or "Index".

Does anyone have any suggestions?
