We export our statistics from the Millennium version (you can do it from
character-based, but from MILL its easier) as a text file which we import
into Excel and from there you can arrange them according to any criteria
you like - the only complication is the extensive number of fields (27?)
which make dealing with the files a bit cumbersome. There is a template
which identifies all the fields on CSDirect. We keep a raw verion of the
files (just in case) and edit another verion down to just the fields we
want to reference. Then you can clear the files on the III system which
makes it easier to look at the recent activity in the Filled area.
