WEBCAT: EXPORT_SELECT_TABLE Options

Title: WEBCAT: EXPORT_SELECT_TABLE Options

Currently, our WEBCAT displays the export format options in this order: Full Display, Brief Display, and MARC, with Full as the default. We want to continue to offer these three options, but change the order to: Brief Display, Full Display, and MARC, with Brief as the default. (Alternatively, we could keep the original order, just make Brief the default format option.)  I tried ordering the format options in EXPORT_SELECT_TABLE as shown in the following, but it didn't have any impact (even after restarting the web server).

EXPORT_SELECT_TABLE=Sendto:browser,email,local|Format:brief,full,marc

Does anyone know if the order of format options and the desired default be changed either locally or by the Help Desk?
