- Subject: Really basic q. re: fines owed in MilCirc
Hello all,
We've just started using III and this is such a simple question that I'm
sure I must just be missing something!
When a patron has a fine charge on their record for an overdue, we can't
figure out where to look up what the item's due date and actual return
date were. We're a public library and a patron's very first question
tends to be "When was it due?" I can't find anything in the manual (I
may not be using the right search terms) aside from a reference to
notes, but no note or message creates in our patron records. (It does
for a "claims returned" but not for an overdue fee). All we see on the
fines tab is status, title, location, and amount.
Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks!
