I have to agree-I manage a staff of a small public library and cannot tell
you how many times someone has said the same thing...I finally told them
that if I don't hear about it in time to report it without looking like an
idiot, they have to make the call to systems...

BTW--we're expecting the storm tomorrow...

Keep smiling, it will make people wonder who's getting fired!
