We are using the OPACMSG to indicate items which are superseded. This is
significant type of material in a law library and the OPACMSG indicates to the
patrons immediately that this particular item is the superseded volume. These
items are mainly attached to bib records with multiple item records where there
would be, for example, a "current" volume 6 and a superseded volume 6.

We did not chose the separate column. The OPACMSG displays in the middle column
right after the call #.
