But it did say clearly that votes must be in by 5PM. And every email sent
out as a reminder also stated the time if I recall, because I wrote myself
notes to be sure to enter them before 5PM.
For the years that I have been an IUG rep for an institution enhancement
voting has always closed at 5PM, so I see no reason to change this.
