	Hello:
We purchased Innovative's TNS (Telephone Notification System), which is still sitting in the box, unused to date for various reasons.

Question: Is it possible to setup the TNS to just do a second overdue notice?
(And if the answer is "yes", do you have any cautions for us based upon your hard won experience?)

Background: The Chester County Library system includes 18 public libraries, a Bookmobile , and the county Health Dept.
We currently print a first overdue notice at three weeks past the due date for most materials. We follow up with a printed bill notice
at seven weeks past the due date for most materials. We want to continue to print both of these notices.

With the purpose of getting more materials returned, we are exploring the possibility of adding a second overdue notice
( through the TNS if possible to save on staff time, paper, postage, etc.) in between the printed first overdue notice and the printed bill notice.
(We are not considering use of e-mail for the second notice at this time because very few of our patrons have an e-mail address in their record yet.)

	Thank you,
