I did not see a reply to your question. Perhaps you received private
responses?
To change a lot of records I would use a perl script to copy
the 'a' address field to a 'h' address field. Then load the patron file.
If you have just one or two specific records then use an ordinary text
editor such as notepad. Just make sure that it saves in 'text' format.
We use perl scripts to create multiple barcode fields. One with univ id
with leading zeros, one without leading zeros, and one with the content
of the barcode on the id card.
