The size of the fines paid file can be increased by Innovative to a size that fits your needs. We increased ours so that it can hold 40,000 records which equals 6 months of our fine history.

Can someone enlighten me on how the Fines Paid file works?  Specifically, how many transactions or how long a period of time does it hold transactions, per patron?
