The III default installation allows for about 3 months of transactions.   During your first few months on the system, you should monitor to see if you may need more disk space allocated.  If you do need more disk space for more transactions to be stored, contact the helpdesk.  After about 6 months on the system, I had III increase the size of our fines paid file.  For more info, see manual search ID # 102395.
