Hi
If you think you have a problem with service issues, please have a lot
of sympathy for the International clients. At least you can pick a phone
and call them. We have to make use of e-mail facilities. We can indicate
that a problem is of an urgent matter, without any major luck. The easy
problems are resolved quickly but unfortunately the more complicated and
urgent ones remain open for a lengthy period of time. We have calls that
are outstanding for more than a year and they are
critical to the integrity of our database. We contact III regularly for
an update on the progress without much success.
