SilverPlatter URL for New Proxy

Could someone please share the code that they are using for any
Silverplatter database that includes the new proxy info?  We seem to be
missing something.
 
We only subscribe to one database from them so our code looks like this:
http://8000-webspirs.silverplatter.com.umhblib.umhb.edu/c97213
<http://8000-webspirs.silverplatter.com.umhblib.umhb.edu/c97213> ?  
But when this link is followed we get a "503 Bad Gateway" error.  
 
The old link without the proxy info read:
http://webspirs.silverplatter.com:8000/c97213
<http://webspirs.silverplatter.com:8000/c97213> ?
and this link seems to work fine.
