Circulation Notices by e-mail

Hi,

	We are currently making a transition from ten years of printed notices to 
circulation notices via e-mail.  The formatting of the notices originally 
set for printing doesn't seem to translate well in the email notice  The 
information is kind of bunched together.  Has anyone else made this 
transition?  Do you have any helpful suggestions about formatting?
