Our SB electronic claiming seems fine (they're not our major agent so there
isn't a lot but they at least eclaims look like they're going through). I
have encountered strange e-mail phenomena, though. Another person in my
department and I (not everyone!) regularly get an "undeliverable mail"
message when e-mailing our service rep. I think it's an SB problem. We
never encounter it otherwise.
