The answer is yes, although I'm not sure of the question.  With root 
access, you can copy the order record archive file to another machine. 
>From there you can burn it to a CD.  I used to FTP it to a network 
server all of the time.

I don't think you can hook a CD burner up to your INNOPAC and burn the 
file directly to a CD-R.  At least my reading of our agreement with 
Innovative suggests that 'mucking about with the system to add CD-R 
drivers to the UNIX kernel will make your system unsupportable by us.' 
(All my words, not Innovative's.)
