And hopefully proofread first...

P.C.C. consists of three branches with library facilities well as providing electronic pac services to other community colleges.

The scenario that was developed here would be to create individual loan rules and individual ILL pickup notifications tailored to each branch (or groups or branches) with the text of the notice stating that the item will be available in "approximately" so-many days.  With adjustments to reflect the courier transit times from the receiving branch.

one ILL module in our multi branch system (non consortia) and I'm wondering
how other libraries deal with the problem of requests showing as "Ready for
Pickup" as soon as they are processed.  Patrons see the message on their
patron record and go to their local library only to be told it must be in
the delivery from Central.  Or they come to us because it says Central ILL
as the pick up location.  Other then a significant change in the software,
the only other option I can see is having the branches do the receiving
step.  Does anyone have any other ideas or have implemented this?  I also
assume the Central InterLibrary Loan Department as pick up location was
something we implemented in the initial set up and is not something we can
change ourselves?  We tried changing the address in the System Codes with no
effect.
