We reported this problem to the Helpdesk shortly after we upgraded to
Release 2002 phase 1. Prior to upgrading, navigating through the staff
view of the catalog worked just as you would expect.
This problem is listed in Known Issues, which indicates it should be
fixed in Release 2002 phase 2.
