star tsp700 w/autocut

IUG Users Group,

Our Library is near going "live", and I have yet to have any success getting
my star receipt printer (tsp700)on a PC running win98SE and millenium to
format a due date, fine receipt or any other receipt properly and autocut. I
can get the receipt to format properly using direct text printing, but then
the autocut feature won't work. I'm not looking for anything fancy. I would
just like text that doesn't wrap, a printer that doesn't spew out enormous
amounts of paper, and a nicely formatted receipt which autocuts. Am I asking
for too much? I've read some of the articles by Bob Rasmussen and have
d-loaded and installed print wizard demo. I followed the instruction to the
letter, but printwiz does'nt seem to be helping either; and its supposedly
listening on vPORT=9100. As you can tell I'm beginning to get a little
frustrated. If anyone out there has the configuration to make this work, I
would greatly appreciate your response.
