We have the same problem here. We part of a consortia. To double check, we
go back into the III system and call the item up by barcode

Subject: Exporting records from OCLC

Our library uses the character version of INNOPAC and we have been
exporting records from OCLC for years using OCLC PRISM software and, more
recently, CatME. Recently, we started migrating to WindowsNT and a problem
surfaced. Records are exported correctly but the dialog box that opens in
CatME does not display the information that we expect to have returned from
INNOPAC. The message says the export was successful but it does not
include the title, ordering codes entered, bib and order record numbers,
and the warning of a potential duplicate.

Has anyone experienced this same problem, and were you able to resolve it?
OCLC said the problem is not at their end. A query to III has not been
answered.

Thank you,
