DEFINITELY! Another vote here for holds management, paging lists, etc.
I'd also like to see something on the Collection Agency Module. Setup,
usage, procedures.

Since our system deals with appx. 1,000 holds per day,
We would like to see something on the ins and outs of the hold process.
Our staff is currently meeting in-house to figure out what needs to be
done but a session on this topic would help us tremendously.

Hello,
The IUG 2002 Program Committee is still looking for topics you'd like
to
see presented in programs at next year's IUG meeting in San Jose.
Please
submit them by Friday, August 2, 2002.
We are looking for topics for both the Main Conference and for
the New Users Pre-Conference.
After we have a chance to sort through them, we will post a
list
of suggested topics so you can come up with fabulous programs! As
soon
as we post the list, we will also give instructions for accessing the
web site for submitting your program proposals.
Send ideas to me by email at crokke@xxxxxxxxxx
Thanks to those who have already sent in their ideas (they've
been good ones), and thanks in advance to those who will send their
ideas in now!
