The Town of Greenwich has the following positions available at the Greenwich
Library: 
Branch Librarian 
This individual will be responsible for professional library work involving
the leadership of a branch library service. The Branch Librarian will ensure
the smooth functioning of all library services within this charge, including
staff supervision and physical plant by seeking, suggesting and making
known, solutions. 
Requirements: MLS + 4 years experience in professional library work with 2
years experience directing and supervising a branch library or an equivalent
combination of education and experience. Salary: $45,948-$68,924. 
Librarian IV 
This individual will be the Coach of the Resources Management Team. As such
the work will involve the application of advanced professional library
knowledge, team management skills and computer skills to guide a relatively
large group of clerical, technical and professional subordinates to work
together toward goals and objectives. 
Requirements: MLS + 6 years experience in professional library work
including 3 years of library supervisory experience of a sizeable unit or an
equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary: $50,933-$76,399.
