Innovative FTP

Would some kind Innovative member be willing to e-mail me and help me with
FTPing. I have entered the IP addresses for the library personnel and
tried to ftp a file to one of them.
Help desk said to check the user manual - and I can't really make sense out
of it. We want to FTP html files to upload unto our web page. Have I
given you enough information? Thanks.
