Email Alerts for Routed Serials

Hi!

Has anyone setup email alerts for routed serials (page # 101037) ?

I just have.  It didn't cost anything.  I want to find someone else who 
has set it up and is using it.  Since patron's can't setup the titles 
for themselves (a good My Millennium enhancement!), I'm wondering how 
others have implemented it and what type of staff time is involved on a 
regular basis.
