Under System Codes (in telnet, Main Menu -> Additional System Functions ->
Alter System Parameters -> System Codes) check to see if the Circulation
Address Number for your media location has the correct address number in
it. You get the address numbers from (also under System Codes) Location
Addresses. This worked for us when we had problems with the address on the
notice not going with the location of the item.

When we print circulation notices for our media - the notices do not
print the library address at the top. This address prints on all of our
other notices. Does anyone know why this happens - and how to fix it?
