IKON has been great here. They have one full time service employee in
bldg. Part time employees evenings and weekends. Use the Uniprint system
- over a hundred computers with 2 Uniprint printers.

We would like to achieve greater control of printers used in our library
by users. Could anyone in an academic library who works with a printer
management system tell us briefly your experience and whether you would
recommend that company?
