You may want to check the settings on the terminals themselves, since
powering them down can reset them to defaults. The Wyse settings to
use with INNOPAC start at Record # 101126 in the Release 2002 manual
(search on Wyse or INNOPAC Terminals). This may be only part of the
problem, but it would be a place to start. Barbara

We still have a few public terminals, two circ terminals and our OCLC
interface running through a Lantronix box. Our computer center made some
network changes yesterday and when we brought the Lantronix box up we are
getting odd displays. Several lines dropped off from our main menu,
search results for patrons done by last name give us a screen that
scrolls quickly by to the last name in a list, our logging printer
doesn't advance and there are probably some things we haven't discovered
yet.
This is only with the
hardwired terminals connnected through the LAN box.
Restarting terminals,
rebooting the LAN box and rebooting the system haven't worked. We have a
call open with the help desk but haven't had any success identifying the
problem. Anyone have any clues?
